In my opinion, the first step toward managing your inner peace, is to manage the type of intention you put out into the universe. When the universe grabs hold of that intention, it will bring it back to you in a more profound way.

Every day, when you practice and meditate on the things that you are grateful for, you are bring to you more gratitude and positive experiences. your life will include more people in your life who are good for you, and opportunities that are also good for you.
It is almost as if the whole universe is a part of your soul, experiencing life alongside you, in every step of the way. Divine energy is always guiding you along your journey toward a happy and successful life.
Once you have the mindset of true happiness, you will begin to notice things in a more positive light. Colours will stand out more, people around you will smile more, your worries will disappear or lessen and your self-confidence will soar to higher levels of greatness.

Nothing can disturb your inner peace, no matter what because it is always your choice to react, respond or to be content. You can keep your sanity by choosing how you use your feeling and emotions in your everyday life.
Life is meant to be enjoyed, without stress and emotional suffering.
So get out there and enjoy your life, each and every single part of it.
