I have created a list of things that I find helps me to reduce stress and to more things to appreciate in life. Sometimes, if we take the time to notice the little things that make life wonderful, we will notice the bigger things that make life truly amazing.
While you read my list, give yourself a moment to ponder the words and visualize yourself appreciating more and more good in your life. Take time to reflect on days and moments where you may need to add more joy into your life and add your own ideas for appreciating life at the end of this list.
