Feel the emotion, but do not dwell in it.
Continue to eat healthy, exercise and get plenty of quality sleep.
Know that you are not the only one experiencing this, you are not alone.
Also know, that in time things will feel better and become a bit more easier. Listen to your heart and pace yourself as you heal.
